Axon's Library is the 9th mandatory story mission of Episode 4 and takes place after Anchora.
Mission Summary[]
AMC Squad must finish their journey to Axon. Only he knows how to defeat the Necromancer for good. The team arrives to some sky caves by airship. According to Minerva Armitage, by using somewhere here the magical scroll found in the depths of the abandoned temple, it is possible to open the portal to Axon's domain.
Gameplay[]
Cave Diving in the Sky[]
Command Minerva to follow you and go into the caves which will lead you inside a house. Follow the passage until you enter a big cave area. Fight through the spiders and proceed into the passageway to the right. Continue the path until you find a door, go though it, pick up the Magic Upgrade Orb, and go left. Swim underwater, go up the well, and you'll now be in a small village. However, as soon as you enter, a spaceship appears in the sky. Majestic 12! Head to the castle to the right and enter it. Go right, take out the wizards and pick up a note, then play the Piano Organ. After playing it, a door will open. Go through it. Then from here, jump into the well to the left, and swim through the tunnel. At the end you'll get the fire key. Then eliminate the skull knights and go up the stairs, back into the yard. Take the elevator onto the castle walls. Then open the door, and now you'll see two Dragons appear fighting off some MJ12 soldiers and assassins. Deal with all of them, then go to the water to the left and climb the rock. Follow the path, use the fire key and enter the door into Axon's Library.
Axon's Library[]
Go left, down the ramp. Continue through until you enter the big room. Go to the first passage to the left and speak to Khanna. Then continue left where you can find three desks with books on them to read. Then go up the stairs into a hallway. Continue up the stairs. Past through some desks, then speak to Axon.

Cave Diving in the Sky[]
- At the castle entrance, go to the left to find a Invincibility.
Other Items of interest[]
Zaxtor or Kagura can climb one of the walls in the spider-infested caves to find some Purple Mana.
Weapons & Artifacts[]
- M4A1 Wraith (Weapon, Kagura): In the caves, there is a Shadow Realm portal that only Kagura can go into. Go in, destroy the statue, defeat Guardians and a Mamano, and the chest with this gun will be unlocked.
- Cutlass Rifle (Weapon, Geoffrey): In the hallway of the library, go into the room with two chests. One of them contains this weapon.
- Elemental Gun (Weapon, Zaxtor): In the other chest in the same room mentioned above.
- Elemental Shield (Artifact): This one is located on a round desk in the library.
Evidence/Lore[]
- The Tale of the Bard, Roesia, and the Voice: on top of one of the three desks to the left from Khanna.
- Denizens of the Realms, by Khanna: in the same place, on top of one of the other desks.
- The Tale of Vegunth and the Demon Wyrm: in the same place, on top of the third desk.
Trivia[]
- Zaxtor's dance in the mission's opening cutscene is meant to mimic Mickey Mouse on the steamboat.
- Depending on who you play as, some characters can play the organ in the sky castle. If playing as a character who doesn't know how to play it, Minerva will be playing it instead.
