Background[]
Bird Cultists are easily recognizable by the bird masks they wear. They are slightly tougher than the regular Cultists. They are entrusted with special weapons by their cult and can carry either a Flamethrower when wearing a bright red robe, or a GDF Plasma Gun when wearing a dark blue robe. Being that both weapons can be dangerous, it's best to take these guys out as fast as possible.

This sinister looking Cultist is usually armed with a flamethrower; blue robed variants seem to carry stolen GDF plasma rifles. Needless to say, both are very dangerous and should be considered high priority targets.
MIA Description[]
Perhaps not surprisingly, behind the mask the Cultist was terribly disfigured. It seems to be almost ritualistic in nature, as the chemical burns are all similar and uniform in nature.
