Background[]
The main force of the Imperical Union's army.
What they lack in comprehensive combat training and high quality armour, they make up for with automatic weapons, advanced laser guns and zero concern for collateral damage. The army's lack of hierarchy means that there are no senior officers for their enemies to prioritize. By design, all agents of the Imperical Union are equally worthless beneath Vilmos.
Footsoldiers will immediately and mercilessly shred the first enemy target they see with automatic gunfire and laser beams. Both this attacks are hitscan, and in the open street-to-street theater of combat this means that cover and cooperation are crucial for flanking and neutralizing Footsoldier positions. Using the MIA Gun on them unlocks the AMC Troop Laser Gun Research.

Bestiary Information[]
Soldiers of Fortune, Dogs of War; call them what you like, they are merely just soldiers for hire and nothing more. This Merc in particular is equipped with an assault rifle, and not much else. As usual, aim for the head to dispatch as quickly as possible.
MIA Description[]
Just your standard, average homo sapiens. Health and fitness levels are on average for an adult male in the military. Not out of the ordinary in any way. Just a plain, vanilla, boring, human.
Trivia[]

- There were 4 different sprites of this enemy throughout the different versions of the game.
