Freija runs the tavern in Easthaven. She was once the leader of the Lions of Rianon. Even Necromancer's hordes could not defeat them on the battlefield, until the Necromancer himself cast his magic and fooled the king into believing she ordered her troops to raid villages that the Necromancer's forces burned down. Currently, the Lions are disbanded. To bring them back together Freija tells James to retrieve the mystical Sword of Pelinal at the ancient fortress near the Darrow Lake.
