• Some enemies have a special death animations when killed by this weapon.
• Researching Advanced Sword Techniques allow you to deflect low caliber bullets with alt-fire.
• Katana found in the Shadow Realm level has a serrated edge similar to the one from the Shadow Warrior game.
• On some levels you can find a floating bloodied yin-yang symbol, known as the Sword Rampage. By using this power-up, you change your current temporary weapon to katana, become temporarily invulnerable, and your screen become red. Crowd of Triads or Ninjas also spawn and attack you.
