Liz is a weapons technician. One day she went on holiday to Hong Kong, where she was captured by the triads and forced to work for them. She can be rescued at the Offshore Oil Rig mission. If you rescue her, she will join the AMC. She will be in the AMC base armory next to Dan and will provide you with additional weapon upgrades.
