Stronger that a regular Lizard Trooper or Penal Trooper, Assault Captain is not only twice as tough as its underlings but it also use a small wrist-mounted teleportation device to flank the agents and surprise attack them. Once teleported, it is completely invisible, cannot be harmed or attack. It will teleport back when the agent has passed the spot where it teleported, so that the Lizard Captain will be able to strike from behind. The teleportation device, however, has a time limit, thus, after a certain period of time, it will teleport back anyway.
Variants[]
They are easily recognized by their bright red armor, though sometimes they can wear gray armor too. There's also a camouflaged captain as well as a zombiefied captain, where the former appears in Repent, and Jungle Base, while the latter appears in Zeta base.
