The higher ups of the Paradigm Eschaton mega cult. They are tougher than the Troopers, and wear body armour and intimidating metal masks.
The Paradigm Elders are armed with the energy weapons that can shoot damaging explosive red projectiles similar to ones fired by the Meson cannon. They can also cloak themselves, and send out a fake doppelganger to trick their opponents (It is unknown if this is just a combination of a hologram and a cloaking device, or it really is a vampire magic).
They can be found in Arsia Mons Colony, REDACTED and Chaosphere.
Using the MIA Gun on the Paradigm Elders will unlock the Paradigm Blood Storage Research Project.

Vampires; leaders of the countless grunts you will encounter. They can use potent blood magic to obfuscate their location, creating a doppleganger to trick enemies.

What little we know of Vampires seems to suggest these are artificially created rather than being either turned humans or pureblooded vampires. How this is done is unknown.
