Protective Boots (also known as Floor Hazard Protection) are an inventory item that allows the player to walk or stand on damaging surfaces without being hurt, such as slime, lava, radioactive waste, and electric floors (can even be used on blue slimes). Boots will activate automatically when on hazardous surfaces. The draining time of the boots depends on the surface the player is standing on.
