Background[]
The Reptiloids are these horned four-armed reptilian beasts commonly found in Egypt. It's unknown where they came from, although it is rumored that they are from the Aludran System, but it's not certian however. Le Sang has found these reptilian creatures, and gave them magical powers in exchange for working for him.
The Reptiloids are a deadly opponent to face. They can throw magical projectiles that can home in on their targets. These projectiles can deal a lot of damage when hit. These creatures are also pretty tough as well, so they can take some punishment before they go down. Getting up close to them isn't a good idea cause they can use their powerful claws to tear apart their opponents.
Variants[]
There are several variants of the Reptiloids:
- The Common Reptiloids are blue, smaller, and weaker. While not as dangerous compared to the Highlander, they can still be quite deadly to face.
- The "Serious" Reptiloids are green, and behave exactly like the Common Reptiloids. Only appears in a... "Serious" Secret.
- The Elysion Reptiloids are red, and like with the "Serious" Reptiloids, they behave much like the common Reptiloids. They only appear in Elysion.
- The Reptiloid Highlander is also red much like the Elysion Reptiloid. But however, the Reptiloid Highlander is also huge, and far stronger than the regular Reptiloids. They also have tattoos all over them, and also has a different head shape too. The Highlanders are way more deadlier than their regular counterparts, just because how strong and tough they are.

Bestiary Information[]
We're not entirely sure where this beast came from, or why it's in the employ of Le Sang; we can only speculate that perhaps it is some strange alien life form capable of using magic.
MIA Description[]
The Aludran is a reptilian; further studies show it has genetic defects, similar to those that appear in humans after generations of inbreeding.
Trivia[]
- Inspired by the Aludran Reptiloids from the Serious Sam games.
- Added to version 3.5.
- Prior to 4.5, the Elysion variant used to have a different set of sprites rather than just being a palette swap. The sprites in question was originally blue for color palette swaps. However the map they were used in uses a fog pal which makes color variants unusable at the time, so it was changed to red default. Starting from 4.5, the sprites are now used for the Highlander.
