Background[]
This is the cultist. He is a drifter who is on the run from a cult he once called family, but besides this, very little is known of him. He appears in Pipedream. Now he "lives" in one of the air ducts at the AMC base. Despite the name, he doesn't seem to be helping hostile cultists in any way.
It's clear that he's not involved with AMC in the fullest, most official capacity. His arsenal is also a selection of old, outdated or self-made weapons and his special tools are copies from others. It's unclear why he's allowed to carry out missions with/for the AMC, given nobody acknowledges their existence in a positive light.
It is unclear if Sang consents to him using his blood potion and damage reflector, they are stolen without his consent, or if the Cultist provides his own.
At the very least nobody will miss him if he dies. Probably.
Combat Analysis[]
Despite not having submitted a battle level test, the Cultist is clearly capable enough to handle AMC-tier missions. And in spite of using severely outdated weapons.
The Cultist's loadout is best described as idiosyncratic. His revolver is unique, his shotgun and Tommy gun are temporary weapons, he uses dynamite like Rusty, and learning to use his rotary gun should qualify you for a PhD in weaponology.
Regardless of it being outdated or self-made, his weapons are highly effective. His revolver is capable of sniping at great length, his Tommy gun can provide incredible suppressive and harrying fire, and his explosive weapons are competent. A large part of his arsenal possesses a high rate of fire or DPS capabilities. A capable marksman can wrangle it to great effect.
But, again, idiosyncratic.
He has no special flaws or weaknesses, and his special items are borrowed from Sang; he uses both his Blood Potion and Mirror Orb. The Mirror Orb provides unique opportunities to his sawn-off, rotary gun or teslagun by allowing constant high damage while minimizing risk. Also, he gets more health and some armour from alcoholic drinks.
