The Virus

The Virus is a Bio Weapon.

The Virus, also known as substance 34, was a bio weapon originally made by the EDF. It was basically an anti-Cycloid weapon that can kill Cycloids instantly. However, the weapon was in prototype, and was unstable. Therefor, it can kill anyone. The Cycloids invaded the University of 'Straya to get their claws on the weapon. However, after getting his S.M.A.R.T Suit, Micky went to the labs and gotten the bio weapon before they can. He used it to clear out the University of Cycloids, and since because of their icky walls, the substance stayed in the University. However, the Cycloids still managed to get the bio weapon.

Since then, they ended up modifying the virus. The Cycloids turned it into the Chryssalid virus, which can turn anyone into a Chryssalid. When the AMC Team made an assault on X64-2, the team came across the virus. James made the decision to bring the virus back to base against the team's will. After their mission in Egypt, The base was under attack by the Paradigm Eschaton, and their target was the Virus. The AMC team managed to secure the virus, but with the cost of the base, since they had to hit the self destruct button as the Paradigm invasion was escalating quickly.
