Background[]
The Thoth are warriors that guards the secret city of Egypt. They were originally Anubis warriors, once servants of the Kilmaat, an alien race that invaded Egypt years ago. Since The Kilmaat were defeated long ago, They were looking for a new master. Now they became servants for Le Sang when he took over, and changed their appearance to resemble Thoth.
They attack by throwing these blue energy projectiles. They can also scratch you as well if you get to close to them. Both attacks can deal quite a good amount of damage.
Variants[]
The Thoth aren't that strong though, and can be taken down with little trouble. There is a bigger, and stronger variant. However despite being stronger, their attack pattern is still the same as the regular Thoth.

Bestiary Information[]
The Thoth are remnant of the Kilmaat's army; Le Sang used his magic to convert their appearance from Anubis to Thoth. It's possible that this was mainly for aesthetic purposes rather than carrying any deeper meaning.

Thoths, and subsequently Anubises, were human men converted into beasts by pure magic power.
