The Vorpal Sword is a potent melee weapon. It can deal a good amount of damage, but, unlike Merlijn's sword or katana, it does have a bit of a wind up before striking. This weapon can also slice through supernatural protection and chitin, but it's not really effective against enemies with body armour, heavy armour, or robots.
With Purple Mana, by pressing the Alt-fire you can summon a bunch of magical levitating swords that will strike down any nearby foe. Good to have against groups of enemies. However the floating swords will go away after some time.
